I worked with Tim on a project to roll out SAP across our European facilities. Tim’s knowledge and experience of Operations and Supply Chain were evidently invaluable to the success of the project. Tim had a challenging role leading the co-ordination of activities in a matrix managed organization where at times people were reluctant to change. His leadership of these facilities and ability to motivate the teams in a proactive manner resulted in all facilities going live, on time and within budget.
